Here you will find the official TERMS AND CONDITIONS of becoming a member of International Art Club, which provides you with a unique opportunity to purchase limited edition fine art work at discounted prices.

We promise to

  • Provide you access to purchase limited edition fine art work at 30-70% off their retail prices for a full year.
  • Provide you will free shipping on orders delivered within North America.
  • Provide you with helpful customer service and access to a designer if you require any assistance with your purchase.

You promise to

  • Join the club at an annual fee of $34.99 USD.
  • Provide us with a current email address so that we can stay connected to ensure you are satisfied with the experience and with your purchase. Please let us know if your email address changes.

How we make sure you remain satisfied with your membership

  • We will follow-up with you periodically to seek your feedback on your membership experience and any purchases you have made. We pride ourselves in providing you with the best possible service.
  • You can contact customer service at support@internationalartclub.com with questions, suggestions, or feedback.
  • Return any item that doesn't meet your satisfaction within 10 days of receiving it as long as it is in original condition.  A 15% restocking fee will be applied for any returns. Refer to our Return Policy.

Become an International Art Club Member

Click the membership button on the home page and follow the simple instructions to create an account and purchase your art club membership. We will automatically renew your membership annually unless you contact us at support@internationalartclub.comto request a cancellation of your membership.  This request must be received at least 30 days in advance of your membership renewal date.

How to Place an Order

If you choose to remain as a non-member you are still able to use the website to purchase items however you will be unable to access the discounted pricing.  If you are an International Art Club member, simply log into your profile in order to view and access the discounted pricing for your order, which will automatically be applied. 

Begin your order by browsing our inventory of art works utilizing the various filter options and select the pieces that interest you by clicking on the Add to Cart button.  This will automatically generate a list of items in your cart, which you can later review and edit at your convenience.  Once you are satisfied with your selections, simply click Checkout and follow the instructions.

Payment

We accept Visa and MasterCard.  We offer a safe and secure payment process through a partnership with Beanstream, our payment-processing agent.

Order Cancellations or Modifications

To cancel or modify a current order that has not been shipped, please contact us immediately at support@internationalartclub.com with your order number to make your request.  Please note that we are unable to process any cancellations or modifications for orders that have already been shipped.  Visit our Return Policy page for alternate options.

Product Information

Search through our artwork library to find the art pieces that best suit your interest, style and budget.  Our website provides an image and description for each item including artist and dimensions.  We strive to ensure the accuracy of the information however there may be some variations.  If you require assistance in deciding upon an item, please consider using our Ask a Designer service to request help.  Our trained experts will be more than willing to provide you with advice.

Privacy and Security

We are committed to protecting your privacy.  When you enter your debit or credit card number during the checkout process, our payment-processing agent encrypts that information using a secure socket layer technology (SSL) and your card information is stored in an encrypted form.   Our employees do not have access to this information and we do not store PIN data or security codes.

Under no circumstances do we rent, trade or share your email address with any other company for marketing purposes without your consent.  We use your personal information for internal purposes such as processing and keeping you informed of the status of your order.  You may receive information from us from time to time about new services, and special offers.  If you take advantage of special offers made by our marketing partners, we may transfer your personal information to them.  For more information, please see our Privacy Policy.
