1. General Information
All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is no longer available at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment.
2. Delivery Location
Items offered on our website are available for North American and International delivery. Shipping charges may apply, please refer Shipping Costs.
3. Delivery Time
An estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is placed. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order. Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order within 15 business days of the date of your order. Business day means Monday to Friday, except holidays. Please note we do not ship on weekends.
Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, customs clearance, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered. Every effort will be made to ship multiple purchased items together however it may be necessary to deliver in separate shipments.
4. Delivery Method and Special Instructions
International Art Club has partnered with UPS, FedEx and CanPar to ship all purchased item(s). You can provide special delivery instructions on the checkout page of our website.
5. Shipping Costs
International Art Club members receive free shipping to North American destinations but are responsible for shipping costs to International destinations. Non-members are responsible for shipping costs to ALL destinations. Payment of customs and brokerage fees are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
Shipping costs are based on the size, weight and the shipping destination of your order. To find out the shipping costs of your order, simply add the items you would like to purchase into your cart and proceed to the checkout page. Once at the checkout screen, applicable shipping charges will be displayed. Additional shipping charges may apply to remote areas or for large or heavy items. You will be advised of any additional charges on the checkout page.
6. Damaged Items in Transport
If there is any damage to the packaging and/or item(s) on delivery, contact us immediately at support@internationalartclub.com. Refer to our Return Policy.
