Return Policy

We do accept returns. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it as long as it is undamaged and in the same condition that you received it.  A 15% restocking fee will be applied.  Please contact us at support@internationalartclub.com to request the return and to confirm the return shipping address.  The item(s) must be shipped back to us in their original packaging, or equivalent.  It must be accompanied by proof of purchase and be received by International Art Club within 10 working days from the date it was received.  If 10 days or more have passed since your purchase was received, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund. 

Refunds do not include any shipping and handling charges shown on the packaging slip or original invoice. Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by you. You are responsible for any loss or damage to the item(s) during shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Any amounts refunded will not include the cost of shipping.

Upon receipt of the returned item, we will fully examine it and notify you via email, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a return. If you are entitled to a return, we will apply a 15% restocking fee and will refund your purchase price excluding any shipping and handling charges.  A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

In circumstances where your item(s) has been received damaged, you should promptly contact us at support@internationalartclub.com with the details and photographic documentation of the damaged packaging and item(s).  We will then contact you to discuss the details and to confirm the return shipping address.

If you are entitled to a return, we will refund your purchase price and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Exceptions:  Clearance items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
